QualityWorX for Quality Engineers Course
Course Goal:
This course will train participants on how to use the Sciemetric equipment to meet their corporate quality goals.
Course Overview:
The participant will learn to interpret the waveforms and data collected by the test stands. They will analyze the data to perform process verification and defect detection on the entire plant floor.
They will find a part history, perform data analysis, create a trend and display failure and defect Pareto's.
They will analyze the data collected from the system and determine hidden defects, set limits, and spot system trends.
They will be able to perform data analysis and what-if analysis on collected data.
Target Audience and Course Length:
The target audience for the Sciemetric Engineering Workstation station course will be personnel that are responsible for the quality of the products being produced on the plant floor.
The course length is 16 hours.
