Post Warranty Support
Sciemetric has a number of options that can be tailored to meet your needs:
- Support Agreement: Bronze, Silver and Gold Plans provide you with varying levels of access to first level support, download site, application specialist support 24/7 as well as discounted pricing for emergency support, services and training.
- Extended Hardware Support: For a fixed price, this covers all hardware repairs that occur through normal plant use.
- QualityWorX® Support Agreement: Get all the latest enhancements and keep your initial investment up to date with a support agreement.
Access to Technical Support
- Telephone Support: During normal business hour for all customer support inquires or after hours for emergency line down situations only, use our toll free line 1-877-581-0112. Typical response time is 1 hour priority based. Problem resolution time will depend on the nature of the situation.
- Email Support: Use our Email option to contact us with general inquiries. Typical response time is the next business day.
- Support Extranet: All customers who have purchased a Service Agreement or have products still covered under warranty will receive access to software upgrades, patches, product manuals and new software notifications.
- Onsite Support: If you require an Applications Specialist at your site a Sciemetric project manager will call you to make arrangements for this visit.
